RESTRICTIONS ON PYTHON SALES

All our python is CITES certified.  Our shoes may circulate freely within the EU, but can not be exported outside Europe without an export licence.  It takes approximately 2 weeks to obtain the licence and some countries also require an import licence.  For non-EU sales of python products please email david@furylondon.com for exact timings.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays for our international customers.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

FURY insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by FURY, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, except on weekends.  

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

FURY is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

TAXES & DUTIES

UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the EU.  For orders outside the EU please email david@furylondon.com for a VAT-free invoice, but please note you will be liable for any customs import duties.
